We run Ex2010 and have a CAS Array as my hub transport with a separate mailbox role server. My end users have Outlook 2010. The cas array has the WNLB setup to 192.168.1.12 and the two nodes are at 192.168.164 and 192.,168.1.224. All
of these are VMs in hyper-v. I point all versions of outlook to 192.168.1.12. One of my users that is not on Exchange Cache Mode will not send or receive emails and they are pointed to the WNLB of 192.168.1.12. If i go into the
host file and point them to one of the nodes behind my wnlb they receive emails really fast. What gives here? The wnlb , exchange? how can i determine which? Thanks.
