I am migrating from Exchange 2003 to 2010. I have a small 2003 domain with only one exchange server and two domain controllers all three are running server 2003 R2. I have been able to install Server 2008 R2 on a new server and join it to my
network. I ran setup
/PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions,
setup /PrepareSchema, and setup /perpareAD on my network without any problems. I was also able to install the hub transport and client access roles without any problems. However, whenever I try to install the mailbox role it fails (please see error
below). I am not running any antivirus on this machine yet. I have been trying to find a way to get this install to complete for two days with no success. Please Help!
