i have a minor issue with one of my co-workers.
He has his outlook 2010 open and it is in online mode. sometimes it takes 10 min or so until he gets his emails pulled down to outlook. The reason he knows that is because mesg come to his phone right away.
I seem to remember that there is a registry setting but i don't remember what it is.
We re-did his profile a few months ago on his workstation.
