Loses webmail and activesync while performing DR on VMware

Hi

We are running exchange server 2010 in our environment with DAG and DR. Exchange is running on VMware. Everything works fine until if we test DR and try to bring up server in diaster recovery site. All functions works properly

except when DAG fails to DR we lose webmail and activesync services?

Any thoughts??
